By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. Users under 13 are subject to additional restrictions, including mandatory private profiles.
If you are between 13 and 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country), you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
By providing your date of birth during registration, you confirm that the information is accurate. Providing false age information may result in account suspension.

Each person may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in suspension or termination of all accounts.
Moodclass allows users to create, publish, and share educational content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of the content you create.
By publishing content on the Platform, you grant Moodclass a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and make your content available to other users in connection with the Platform services.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the content you create. Content must comply with our Community Guidelines.
Moodclass reserves the right to review, moderate, and remove content that violates these Terms, Community Guidelines, or applicable laws.
You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any illegal purpose; (b) harass, bully, or threaten other users; (c) upload malicious code or interfere with Platform operations; (d) impersonate other users or entities; (e) use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform without permission; (f) attempt to circumvent age restrictions or safety measures.
Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban, at our sole discretion.
The Moodclass name, logo, design, and software are owned by Moodclass and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials without written permission.

Moodclass offers a free tier and a premium subscription ("Plus"). Subscription terms, pricing, and features are described on our pricing page.
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors (Lemon Squeezy). By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to the payment processor's terms.
Refund policies are governed by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the content on the Platform is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
Moodclass is an educational tool and does not replace professional instruction, tutoring, or academic guidance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moodclass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify users through the Platform or via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
