Public Content: Content you publish as "public" (quizzes, courses) is visible to all users. Your display name and username are visible on public profiles.
Moodclass does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without appropriate safeguards. Users under 13:
• Have mandatory private profiles that cannot be changed to public
• Are subject to the same communication restrictions as all users (no direct messaging exists on the Platform)
We are committed to compliance with COPPA, KVKK, GDPR, and equivalent regulations in the jurisdictions where we operate.
